Education and business cooperation discussed in Tashkent
The event was organized by British Council and European Fund for Education at the support of the Center for secondary special education.
The conference was attended by over 70 people, including the representatives of British Council, European Fund for Education, Uzbek ministries, Associations, World Bank, UNICEF and others.
At the event, the participants discussed partnership between educational institutions and business entities, educational methodologies and approaches, improving skills of teachers and education process.
The participants considered work of colleges, universities and organizations, which focus on developing entrepreneurship and some recent initiatives of the Government.
The conference discussed EU strategy on developing and strengthening employment skills both among youth and adults.
The event participants developed stage-by-stage steps in disseminating positive experience in teaching to entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan and action plan on integrated development of education and entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan.
