Earthquake registered in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
An earthquake was recorded at 06:25 on 23 January 2018, the epicenter of which was on the territory of Kazakhstan.
According to the seismic station “Tashkent”, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 18 km from the city of Tashkent in west direction in the territory of Kazakhstan.
The magnitude of the earthquake in the epicenter was 3.9. The power of tremors in Tashkent was 4. Earthquake was not felt in other regions of Uzbekistan.
There is no information on destruction and injured persons, the Ministry of Emergencies of Uzbekistan said.
