Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Program for the Implementation of the Strategy of Action for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017–2021 in the Year of the Development of Science, Education and the Digital Economy” was published for the public discussion.

It is envisaged the approval of the State Program of 2020, the project consists of 320 points. In particular,

1. Improving state and social construction - 41 points;
2. Ensuring the rule of law and reforming the judicial system - 28 points;
3. Development of the economy - 109 points;
4. Development of the social sphere - 91 points;
5. Ensuring security, interethnic harmony and religious tolerance, implementing a balanced, mutually beneficial and constructive foreign policy - 51 points.

The draft decree proposes the implementation of projects totaling 17.5 trillion soums and US$9.6 billion.
