Members of the delegation held meetings in the labor office of Mr. Gwangju, in the HRD management in Gwangju, in the training center for repair services of the HONAM institute.

The main topics of meetings and negotiations of the delegation of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations in Korea are preparations for the opening of the Agency for External Labor Migration in Gwangju City (Korea), discussion of mutual cooperation in the field of training qualified personnel for work and training in the Republic of Korea, on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan training centers for the training of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, willing to work and study in the Republic of Korea, training personnel for work and training in the Republic of Korea, implementation of projects related to the development of human resources, cooperation in the field of personnel management in the civil service.

Important topics for meetings and negotiations are the increase in the quota allocated for the Republic of Uzbekistan, reduction in the level of illegal stay and the abandonment of jobs by Uzbek citizens without notification to the employer, raising the level of knowledge of the Korean language, allocating quotas for Uzbekistan to other sectors of the Korean economy.
