Delegation of South Korean Finance Ministry visits Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 17 March, a meeting with the delegation Ministry of Strategy and Finance of the Republic of Korea, headed by Deputy Director General of the Bureau for International Economic Affairs, Mr. Jin Ho Siyong was held at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan.

The parties discussed the practical issues of bilateral trade and economic, investment and financial and technical cooperation.

Both parties discussed the prospects of expanding partnership between ministries, departments and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan with The Export-Import Bank of Korea and the EDCF Fund, through joint implementation of priority projects in various sectors of economy of Uzbekistan involving the latest Korean technology and financial and technical assistance by development institutions of Korea.
