Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Customs officials of Uzbekistan detained a man at Tashkent International Airport, who attempted to smuggle two gold bars in the mouth.

The passenger was nervous and the customs officials decided to carry out personal inspections with use of scanners.

The weight of gold bar is 213 gramms. The cost of the bars is 70 million soums. The gold bars were seized as the evidence.

The investigation is underway.
