Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By the end of 2020 a positive contribution to GDP growth has made the industry of agriculture, forestry and fisheries – 0.8 percentage points (in 2019, 0.9%), industry - 0,2 p. p. (in 2019 to 1.2 p. p.) and construction – 0.5 PP (in 2019 to 1.2 p. p.).

The service sector has no impact on GDP growth (in 2019 and 2.0 p. p.), value added, which remained almost at the level of the previous year (increase of 0.1 %), the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

Due to the growth of net taxes on products, GDP increased by 0.1 p. p. (in 2019 – 0.5 p. p.).
