Committee on Tourism Discusses Uzbekistan-Armenia Cooperation in the Tourism Sector

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Sanjar Tadjiev, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a working meeting with Georgy Kocharyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Uzbekistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed key areas for developing bilateral cooperation in the tourism sector.

Special attention was given to planning joint events for 2026 that are of mutual interest to both countries.

The sides agreed to continue close collaboration to ensure the successful organization and implementation of these initiatives, emphasizing the importance of strengthening tourism links between Uzbekistan and Armenia.
