Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The provision of coal and briquettes to consumers of Kashkadarya region in the autumn-winter period 2020-2021 will increase by 11% compared to the last season. Such data were obtained by the headquarters of the Ministry of Energy during its field meeting in the region.
Members of the Special Headquarters got acquainted with the state of coal warehouses located in Karshi, Nishan, Guzar, Kamashinsky, Yakkabag, Shakhrisabz and Mubarek districts of the region. On the spot, an analysis was given of the work being done to prepare for stable coal supplies in the coming cold season, comments and necessary recommendations were made.
In total, in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021, 58.5 thousand tons of coal and briquettes will be supplied to the region, which is 11% more than in the previous season. Of these, 25 thousand tons will be delivered to consumers, and 33.5 thousand tons - to social facilities of Kashkadarya region.
In the process of providing the region with stable and high-quality coal products, 7 warehouses, 7 loaders and 6 trucks will be involved.
