Chairperson of the Uzbek Senate to Visit Hungary

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Chairperson Tenzila Narbayeva, will pay an official visit to Hungary from 1 to 3 December.

The visit program includes high-level meetings. Narbayeva will hold talks with Hungarian President Tamás Schüjok and meet with László Köver, Speaker of the National Assembly.

A key agenda item will be the signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Senate of Uzbekistan and the National Assembly of Hungary. The document aims to deepen interparliamentary dialogue and expand bilateral engagement.

Additionally, a meeting is scheduled in Budapest with Gellért Jasai, Chairman of the Board of 4iG, and the Hungarian Ambassador for International Business Relations. The parties will discuss prospects for investment and technological cooperation.
