Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 February 2020, an on-site meeting was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz M. Abdullaev at the construction site of the investment project “Production of synthetic liquid fuels based on purified methane from the Shurtan Mining and Chemical Combine”.

The meeting was attended by senior executives of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Uzbekistan GTL LLC, project directors of the consortium of the general contractor Hyundai Engineering Ltd. Co. and Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd., Project Management Consultant TechnipFMC, as well as senior staff.

Within the framework of the on-site meeting, the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz M.R. Abdullaev familiarized himself in detail with the progress of construction of the main technological units, including the Central Control Panel of the GTL plant.

Based on the results of the on-site meeting, it was instructed to ensure the acceleration of construction and installation work by maximally involving specialists, equipment and resources, as well as a number of other instructions aimed at ensuring timely completion of the construction and commissioning of the plant in the current year.
