Central Asian–German Business Forum Highlights the Potential of Green Energy and Mechanical Engineering

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov addressed the Central Asian–German Business Forum, underscoring the importance of strengthening bilateral economic ties.

“Our meeting has brought together like-minded partners committed to building reliable supply chains and launching new investment projects amid global transformation,” the minister said.

He emphasized that Uzbekistan is consistently implementing large-scale reforms aimed at creating an open, stable, and investor-friendly economy. According to Bakhtiyor Saidov, there is significant potential for deeper cooperation in green energy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and the production of construction materials.

The minister invited partners to take part in the Tashkent International Investment Forum scheduled for June 2026 and expressed confidence that strategic economic partnership between the countries would continue to strengthen.
