Call center is open around the clock. Here, more than 200 professors, teachers and doctors in three shifts continuously answer questions from citizens.

The Call Center, which began its work on March 15 until today, that is, on April 1, 12:00, received more than 510 thousand calls.

If you pay attention to frequently asked questions, in the early days, the population turned to learn about coronavirus infection, its symptoms and routes of transmission, and preventive measures. And now, citizens are asking questions such as what are the rules of quarantine, who should not go outside, and who is allowed, where can I take COVID-19 tests, in what institutions are quarantined, what is their condition and others. At the same time, the issue of the symptoms of the disease does not lose its relevance.
