Cadastral value of property can be found in online mode

The Department of Land Resources and the State Cadastre of Tashkent has launched an online service, which allows citizens to find out the cadastral value of real estate, owned by individuals.
The service is available on the Odnookno.uz website. To clarify the cost, it is necessary to indicate the type of real estate (apartment, individual house, uninhabited object) and cadastral number.
Starting from 2018, in Uzbekistan, the tax on property of individuals is calculated based on the cadastral value of real estate.
The rate of tax is set at 0.2% of the cadastral value of real estate.
