Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Kazan successfully hosted the exhibition "Made in Uzbekistan", organized by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The purpose of the exhibition is to demonstrate the entire line of export-oriented products of Uzbek enterprises, to establish mutually beneficial relations with Russian enterprises and companies, to build sustainable and long-term cooperation with foreign partners.
Within the framework of the exhibition, products of modern Uzbek manufacturers were presented, a fashion show and presentation of silk carpets were held. Within the framework of the business program of the business mission, over 20 events were held in two days: panel discussions and round tables, presentations on the export potential of Uzbekistan and wide opportunities for investment projects, meetings of Uzbek manufacturers with Russian entrepreneurs.
- Uzbekistan is actively developing economic relations with other countries, new directions appear in production, export potential is increasing, the number of tourists who visit Samarkand, Bukhara, Tashkent and other historical places is growing. And we want Russians to get to know our country better, find out what we live by, said Ulugbek Muradov, director of the Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
The business mission "Made in Uzbekistan" is held annually in Tashkent and in other cities and countries. At the exhibition, you can see the expositions of Uzbek manufacturers: the agricultural sector and food industry, textiles, leather and footwear industry, folk applied art and tourism.
Also, as part of the event, panel discussions and round tables presentations on the export potential of Uzbekistan and wide opportunities for investment projects are held. Among the participants - the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Development of Tourism, representing new tourist destinations, the system of safe tourism “Uzbekistan. Safe travel GUARANTEED” and a new travel magazine “Uzbekistan travel”.
