Botirjon Asadov appointed as first deputy foreign minister of Uzbekistan

New first deputy foreign minister of Uzbekistan was appointed, the press service of the foreign political body of Uzbekistan said.
Botirjon Asadov assumed the post of first deputy foreign minister of Uzbekistan. On 5 February he was introduced to the board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Prior to this appointment, he worked as deputy chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. He was elected to this post on 20 June 2017.
