Botir Turaev appointed as chairman of Uzbekistan Statistics Committee

Botir Turaev has been appointed to the post of the chairman of the Uzbekistan State Statistics Committee, official websites of the committee and the government said.

Turaev replaced at this post Gofirjon Kudratov, who chaired the organization from 16 January 2003 to January 2010.

Prior to appointment, Botir Turaev worked as deputy chairman of the Uzbekistan State Statistics Committee.
