Bank Ipak Yoli places shares for 92.4bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Joint stock innovative commercial bank Ipak Yoli registered a prospectus of emission of shares for 92.4 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the Uzbek Bank.
According to the prospectus of emission, Bank Ipak Yoli will place 9,239,400,000 ordinary and 600,000 preferential stocks with par value of 10 soums each.
The bank said that the shares will be placed on closed subscription.
