Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov took part in the first meeting of foreign ministers in the “Central Asia – Germany” (C5+1) format, held in Berlin.

The event marked an important milestone in the development of bilateral and regional cooperation, giving it a more systematic and practical dimension.

The participants discussed strengthening unity among the Central Asian countries, enhancing the region’s economic potential, and expanding its role on the global stage.

Particular attention was paid to advancing investment, technological and trade cooperation, as well as expanding engagement in critical raw materials, green energy, climate initiatives, transport connectivity and logistics, and deepening business dialogue.
