Appointment to notary officers can be made via Internet

In particular, they can make appointment to notary officers via the single interactive state services portal.

Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan introduced corresponding amendments to the regulation on order of registration of appeals of individuals and legal entities to the state notary offices.

The appeals of individuals and legal entities are registered at the journal. The appeals are distributed among notary officers equally.

If individual or legal entity fails to come in appointed time, the appointment can be rescheduled. It is banned to change the order. If the notary officers reveal shortages in submitted documents, these shortages should be eliminated. If it is impossible eliminate shortages at the same time, the applicant receives time to do so.

The applicant will be received by notary officer without appointment in this case. The corresponding changes will be included to the journal of appointments.
