APEX INSURANCE Boosts Premiums by 50% in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — APEX INSURANCE reported strong growth in key financial indicators in 2025, reinforcing its position as a leading player in Uzbekistan’s insurance market.

The company’s total insurance premiums reached 4.122 trillion soums, up 50% from 2.758 trillion soums in 2024. Its market share stood at 32%, the highest among all insurance companies in the country.

Insurance payouts rose by 25.2% year-on-year to 868.5 billion soums. The claims settlement rate reached 98.4%, up 19% compared to 2024 and among the strongest results in the market.

Net profit totaled 299 billion soums. The increase in profitability was driven by the expansion of the insurance portfolio, a controlled level of payouts, and strong investment income.

The company’s equity grew by 46% to 1.136 trillion soums. Its charter capital stood at 900 billion soums at year-end, accounting for 23% of the total charter capital of all insurance companies in Uzbekistan.

Assets increased by 43% to 3.666 trillion soums, while total investments more than doubled to 2.001 trillion soums compared to the previous year.

The number of active policies reached 1.5 million, with total insurance coverage amounting to 878 trillion soums.

The company’s performance continues the growth trajectory established in 2023, when premiums впервые превысили 1 trillion soums. Over the following two years, this figure quadrupled, reflecting business expansion and sustained demand from both corporate and retail clients.
