Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In order to improve the quality of receipt and registration of mail, timely processing and application of tariffs at postal facilities, an agreement was signed between Uzkomnazorat and Uzbekiston Pochtasi for 2020.

The main tasks facing Uzkomnazorat and Uzbekistan Pochtasi are improving the quality of postal services to the population, timely delivery of postal items, monitoring postal services, deepening market reforms and ensuring stable operation of the postal service, for the implementation of which, based on the analysis of appeals, as well as ensuring compliance with state standards and regulations, will serve as a signed agreement.

According to the document, in 2020, employees of the territorial inspectorates, copyright divisions and postal services of Uzkomnazorat will conduct studies in the regional, district and city branches of post offices of Uzbekistan Postal Service.

It is planned to conduct joint monitoring of the activities of other entities providing postal and courier services in the Republic.

The two partners who worked together on conducting research in 2019 will continue to improve the quality of postal services and address existing shortcomings in the industry in 2020.
