Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekneftegaz, in order to use and widely introduce digital technologies in the technological processes of hydrocarbon production, oil and gas processing, and natural gas supply, developed the Digital Field concept.
The pilot project began with the digitalization of the Andijan field.
The implementation of the Digital Field experimental projects began with oil and gas fields under the jurisdiction of Andijanneft. In particular, in cooperation with the company Siemens (Germany) and Sensia (USA), as an experiment, this project will be implemented in Andijon and Khuzhaobod-Boston fields.
At a project presentation held on 26 December, foreign partners presented information on the work carried out using the Avocet software platform for deep data analysis, monitoring of management processes, reporting and online production in the practical application of the Digital Field concept.
It was also noted that this software platform covers various types of integration, provides transparency in the processes of oil production, refining and maintenance.
The Chairman of the Board of O’ZLITINEFTGAZ JSC Nazarov, speaking about the purpose of this concept, notes: - The Concept envisages bringing oil and gas production processes to a new level using modern methods of oil refining and analysis. And this will provide an increase in the technical and economic indicators of the oil and gas industry.
The developed conceptual solutions are aimed at seriously improving the quality of technological and commercial measurements at all stages of oil and gas production, reliable management of the technological procedure for the operation of wells and fields, organization of systematic monitoring work, operational forecasting of the parameters of use and production of hydrocarbon raw materials.
The Strategy for the implementation of field digitalization projects provides for three main stages of implementing a large-scale strategy:
I stage. Organization of electronic technological and commercial accounting of hydrocarbon raw materials by fields.
II stage. Carrying out electronic monitoring of the order of technological work of deposits.
III stage. Implementation of an expert-analytical procedure for predicting hydrocarbon production in the short and long term to assess the condition of wells and, in general, the field.
All processes are carried out online, and are entered into the corporate database. This innovative innovation contributes to the further development of the oil and gas industry.
