A 76-year-old woman with a coronavirus died in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Health announced about the next death of a patient with coronavirus. The resident of the Chilanzar district of Tashkent V.T. (76 years old) and her son were positively tested for coronavirus.

On 7 July, a special ambulance crew arrived at their home. Despite the presence of symptoms, she was not hospitalized.

On 11 July, due to a deterioration in her health, the woman was taken to an infectious diseases hospital in Zangiata district, she was diagnosed with severe course of COVID-19, bilateral pneumonia.

It was noted that the patient had a number of chronic diseases. She died of acute respiratory and cardiovascular failure.
