Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A 62-year-old woman, living in Sergeli district of Tashkent, was diagnosed with COVID-19 on 8 July this year and was admitted to the City Clinical Hospital No. 1. She was diagnosed with a severe form of COVID -19 and bilateral pneumonia.

The disease was complicated by acute respiratory and cardiovascular failure. The patient also suffered from concomitant diseases such as coronary artery disease and hypertension.

During the treatment of the patient in the hospital, doctors carried out online consultations, the treatment process was carried out on the basis of expert recommendations.

However, despite the resuscitation procedures, the patient’s condition deteriorated sharply, and she died of acute cardiovascular and respiratory failure.
