47,000 Homes Commissioned in Uzbekistan in the First Nine Months of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee, 47,000 residential homes were commissioned in Uzbekistan from January to September 2025, a 2% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Rural areas accounted for a significant share of construction: out of the total, 31.3 thousand homes were built in rural districts.

The regional breakdown of newly commissioned homes is as follows:

Republic of Karakalpakstan — 3.7 thousand
Andijan region — 3.9 thousand
Bukhara region — 3.9 thousand
Jizzakh region — 1.6 thousand
Kashkadarya region — 2.8 thousand
Navoi region — 1.6 thousand
Namangan region — 7.9 thousand
Samarkand region — 2.7 thousand
Surkhandarya region — 4.4 thousand
Syrdarya region — 0.3 thousand
Tashkent region — 4.9 thousand
Ferghana region — 3.6 thousand
Khorezm region — 3.4 thousand
