Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In Samarkand region, 10 patients fully recovered from coronavirus infection, in the clinic of the Virology Research Institute in Tashkent - 4, in total - 14 people. With the participation of senior officials in the healthcare sector, they were directed to rehabilitation.

All recovered in Samarkand are from this region (8 of them from Taylak district, 1 each from the city of Samarkand and Bulungur district) and they all became infected as a result of contact with patients. The oldest of them is 48 years old, and the youngest is 16 years old. Prior to this, 24 patients were treated in the region, and now there are 34.

Of those who recovered at the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology, 3 people are from the capital and 1 from the Tashkent region, they also became infected as a result of contact with patients. Among them are 2 men and the same number of women, the oldest of them is 50 years old, the youngest - 6 years old. Currently, 459 people have recovered in Tashkent.

So, in Uzbekistan, 1,454 people were cured of coronavirus infection.
