Standard Insurance opens offices in regions of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Standard Insurance LLC, insurance company in Uzbekistan, said it opened solitary divisions in Tashkent city, regions of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan in nine months of 2009.

All divisions of Standard Insurance are authorized to sign agreements on mandatory insurance of civil liability of employer, consider claims of customers, and render full spectrum of voluntary insurance services.

The company said preliminary task of the branches is to develop their own agents’ network to expand activity of Standard Insurance in regions of Uzbekistan.

Standard Insurance was founded in October 2008. Open joint stock commercial bank Credit Standard holds 100% stake in the company. The charter capital of the company is 1.5 million euros as of 1 September 2009.
