Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Zokir Ishpulotov has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Water Management and Director of the Agency for the Operation of Water Management Facilities.

The relevant decree was signed by the President of Uzbekistan, as reported by the Ministry's press service.

Previously, Ishpulotov held the position of Chief Specialist in the Secretariat for Investments, Exports, Trade, Agriculture, and Water Management at the Cabinet of Ministers.

In his new role, he has been tasked with key responsibilities, including ensuring the supply of water in strict accordance with established limits and schedules, improving the efficiency of water resource use, regulating the operation of pumping stations, and reducing electricity consumption.
