Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Zamin Foundation, within the framework of the Development of Education for Children with Hearing Impairment program, launched the Zamin Education project.

The main goals are to support students with hearing impairments in the development of professional skills and socialization in society, preparation for admission to higher educational institutions, development of a new methodology, as well as advanced training of teachers of specialized boarding schools in the field of information technology.

This project is being implemented jointly with the specialized IT school named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi, where the first educational resource center "Zamin Education" was opened. An FM-system is installed in the classroom - assistive equipment that helps to enhance the quality of material perception. Also, each student is given individual hearing aids.

The chairman of the board of trustees of the Zamin foundation Ziroat Mirziyoyeva visited this class to get acquainted with the educational process and talked with senior students of specialized boarding schools No. 102 and 106. In a warm atmosphere, the children shared their impressions and talked about the subjects studied.

After the successful results of the pilot educational and resource center, it is planned to open Zamin Education classes in all 14 regions of the country.
