Young Uzbek Specialists to Undergo Training and Internships at Italian Agricultural Enterprises
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During the official visit of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov, to Rome, a trilateral agreement was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan, the Migration Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Italian Confederation of Agriculture (Confagricoltura).
Under the agreement, young farmers and specialists will be sent to work at agricultural enterprises in Italy.
At the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Agricultural Personnel, participants will receive specialized instruction in the Italian language and in workplace regulations applicable in Italy.
In the initial phase, a 140-hour training course is planned for 15 participants.
This initiative aims to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of agriculture, labor migration, and education.
