Yandex Go Launches Intercity Delivery Across Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Yandex Go has expanded its functionality by launching a new intercity delivery service across Uzbekistan.

Users can now send parcels to other cities through Market Yandex Go pickup points — the entire process is handled in the app, and delivery takes as little as one day.

How the new service works

To send an item, users need to select the “Across Uzbekistan” tab in the “Delivery” section.

The system will then prompt them to enter the sender’s and recipient’s details, choose pickup points for dispatch and collection, and select the parcel category:

S — up to 2 kg

M — up to 5 kg

L — up to 12 kg

After completing the order, the user simply brings the parcel to the chosen pickup point. The recipient will be able to collect it after receiving a notification in the app.

At launch, delivery is available between four cities: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Ferghana. The company notes that the service geography will continue to expand.

Service cost

The first three shipments will cost users 4,500 soums, while subsequent ones will be 9,500 soums.

The tariff is fixed and does not depend on distance or direction. Payment is made by card in the app, with additional payment options to be introduced soon.
