World Bank delegation visits UZEX

The meeting was held within the implementation of a project “Management of water resources in South Karakalpakstan”, the press service of the exchange said.

During the meeting, the delegation familiarized with the activities of the UZEX and mechanism of electronic trades. The sides also considered perspectives and opportunities of mutual beneficial cooperation.

World Bank started its cooperation in Uzbekistan in 1992. The World Bank mission in Uzbekistan is focusing its efforts in raising life standard of population through economic reforms, developing and modernizing social sector and infrastructure, as well as exchanging experience.
