Wildberries Launches Logistics Hub Capable of Handling Up to 500,000 Orders Per Day
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Wildberries has inaugurated a new logistics center in Uzbekistan, marking a significant step in the company’s development of its logistics infrastructure in the country. The facility, located in Tashkent’s Sergeli district, consists of two units covering a total area of 53,000 square meters.
It is designed to process up to 500,000 orders per day and will create around 500 jobs for local residents. Supplier deliveries to the hub commenced on 13 October 2025.
Currently, the warehouse accommodates vehicles with a side height exceeding 90 cm. In the near future, separate gates will be opened for lower-sided vehicles, making deliveries more convenient for a wider range of partners and suppliers.
“For Wildberries, this is an important milestone in Uzbekistan. The new logistics hub will speed up delivery for customers and provide additional employment opportunities for local residents. We also expect the facility to support local producers and strengthen the export potential of Uzbek products,” said Akmal Primkulov, Wildberries Director for Uzbekistan.
The launch of the logistics hub lays the foundation for the further growth of e-commerce in Uzbekistan and expands supply capabilities.
For local entrepreneurs, the opening of the new warehouse offers additional advantages: Uzbek sellers can now store their goods directly at the Wildberries facility, which will handle processing and delivery. This approach will reduce logistics times, enhance convenience for buyers, and simplify operations for businesses.
With this launch, Wildberries now operates two logistics facilities in Uzbekistan — the new warehouse in Sergeli district and a sorting center on Farg‘ona Yuli Street in Tashkent.
