Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Online marketplace Wildberries has launched a new courier delivery service from pickup points (PVs) in Uzbekistan for the first time, according to a press release from the joint company Wildberries & Russ.

Previously available only to users in Russia and Belarus, the service now enables customers in Uzbekistan to request courier delivery once their order arrives at a pickup point. The request can be made via a special button in the app or on the website. Delivery is free and completed within four hours of the request or during a selected time slot.

According to Akmal Primkulov, Wildberries’ Director for Uzbekistan, local customers highly value speed and convenience. Currently, the “Express Courier” service is available only in Tashkent, but the company plans to expand it to other regions across the country.

Wildberries continues to invest in logistics infrastructure and expand its courier network in Uzbekistan.
