Who is entitled to a free ticket to a sanatorium and resort recovery?

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In accordance with the legislation, categories of people with disabilities and pensioners are defined, who enjoy privileges on free provision of sanatorium vouchers.

The category of persons with disabilities and pensioners who enjoy the benefits of free provision of sanatorium vouchers include:

- persons equated with disabled persons and participants of the war;

- families of fallen servicemen;

- persons, receiving personal pensions of republican significance;

- persons with disabilities, in respect of whom a causal link has been established between the disability and the Chernobyl disaster;

- persons, who served in the nuclear test sites;

- Disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, and a person accompanying a disabled person of the first group on sight;

- pensioners.

To obtain vouchers, the people must submit the following documents to employment assistance centers:

- statement;

- copy of the passport;

- documents giving the right to use the above benefits (certificate of a disabled person, a pensioner); -

- medical certificate.

Frequency of issuing free spa vouchers:

- annual (in turn):

- persons equated to war invalids;

- persons, receiving personal pensions of republican significance;

-  persons, who have fallen ill and have suffered radiation sickness caused by the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, as well as disabled people for whom a causal disability has been established with the Chernobyl disaster;

- persons, who served in the nuclear test sites and other radiation-nuclear facilities;

- once every two years (in turn):

- persons equated to the participants of the war;

- families of the lost military personnel;

- persons with disabilities of 1 and 2 groups, a person accompanying a disabled person of the 1 st vision group;

- in cases of availability of places in sanatoriums, in turn, once every three years - to pensioners.

Vouchers are issued for twelve days, no later than 10 days before the start of their validity period.
