Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of November 2021, the HeadHunter Uzbekistan database contains more than 200,000 CVs of applicants and more than 4,000 vacancies.
This fall, new trends have emerged on the labor market. In particular, salaries and demand for insurance specialists, IT developers and logisticians are growing.
At the moment, Uzbek employers have posted over 4,000 vacancies on hh.uz. Most in demand are sales managers, administrative personnel, accountants, financiers, IT specialists, logisticians and banking workers.
In relation to the current autumn months of 2021 to the summer months, the average salary in Uzbekistan increased by 5% and amounted to 5,537,000 soums.
The largest growth was shown by the average income of insurance representatives (+ 19%). In second place is information technology (+ 17%). This professional area shows steady growth from month to month. And in third place is the professional area - transport and logistics. In this area, salaries increased by 12%. In most other occupational areas, the offered salaries have increased from 2% to 10%.
For a number of specialists, incomes did not grow, but, on the contrary, fell. Professional areas showed negative dynamics: top management (-1.5%), construction and real estate (-2%), public service and non-profit organizations (-2.5%), domestic staff (-3%). The extraction of raw materials showed the most active decline - -15%.
According to the statistics of the website hh.uz, this fall, top management, information technology, construction and real estate, raw materials mining, government service and non-profit organizations entered the top 5 professional regions in terms of offered salaries.
For the current period, in the list of leading cities with the highest average estimated salary, the first place is occupied by the capital of Uzbekistan, the city of Tashkent. The average salary there was 6,030,000 soums. Next come the cities of Samarkand - 5,880,000 soums, Bukhara - 5,824,000 soums, Fergana - 5,630,000 soums and Namangan - 4,428,000 soums.
