Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Law signed by the President amended and supplemented more than 20 existing laws, including 4 codes.
In particular, according to changes in the Land Code, the powers of khokimiyats to approve the results of an open electronic tender for the provision of agricultural land for lease have been excluded.
On the state registration of rights to land plots, an electronic extract from the State Register of Rights to Real Estate (previously - a certificate) is issued.
It was also established that when a land plot is used for other purposes than established, the bodies of the Cadastre Agency under the State Tax Committee, after prior notification of the landowner or land user, file a claim with the court for the termination of the right to the land plot.
Free agricultural land plots are provided for farming through an open electronic competition (previously open competition).
The procedure for granting land plots to citizens for conducting dekkan farming also applies to the allocation of land plots to citizens for individual gardening, horticulture and animal husbandry.
According to the amendments made to the Law “On the Rights of Persons with Disabilities”, the expenses of persons with disabilities and families that include a person with a disability-related to the purchase of land plots through electronic online auctions are reimbursed in the manner established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
