Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was signed by the President of Uzbekistan.

According to the amendment to the Law “On the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, when considering a bill by the Legislative Chamber in the second reading, discussion is held by name, preamble (if any) and for each article separately.

The following additions and changes have been made to the Unified Methodology for the Legal and Technical Registration of Draft Regulatory Legal Acts, as well as information and analytical materials attached to them, approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Regulatory Legal Acts":

The title of a draft by-law that provides for the introduction of amendments and additions to by-laws, as well as their recognition as invalid, must indicate the essence of the main changes and additions introduced by this draft.

A draft that provides for the introduction of amendments and additions to regulatory legal acts, as well as their recognition as invalid, as a rule, has a preamble containing an explanation of the need, reasons and goals for the adoption of the draft, as well as revealing the essence and significance of the regulatory legal act.

This Law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
