Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to Deputy Chairman of the Committee Azamat Toshev, 152 national cultural centers operating in our country are financed from the public fund under the Oliy Majlis.

Information on activities for the 1st quarter of 2022 was presented in Tashkent with the participation of the leadership of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Relations with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers.

“Through this fund, 2 billion soums were allocated in 2020, and 10 billion soums in 2021. More funding is expected this year. The funds received will be used to develop the activities of national centers,” Toshev said.

The state program set the task of developing a draft "road map" for the implementation of the Concept of the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of interethnic relations for 2022-2024, aimed at strengthening interethnic harmony in society and developing friendly relations with foreign countries.
