Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for the widespread introduction of market principles in the production, purchase and sale of grain" to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Council of Farmers , dekhkan farms and household land owners of Uzbekistan were instructed to annually announce the expected minimum prices for the next year’s grain harvest, while analyzing prices on world markets and regional exchanges. 

And also, based on the prevailing prices in the markets, carry out a quarterly adjustment of the expected minimum prices with their publication in the media. 

According to the above, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Council of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Owners of Household Lands of Uzbekistan have analyzed prices on the world market and regional exchanges and announced a minimum price for 1 ton of grain in the amount of 3.0 million soums.
