WB Taxi Expands to Mass Market in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The joint company Wildberries & Russ (RVB) announced the expansion of its WB Taxi service in Tashkent. After operating in a “closed club” format, the service is now open to all users.

WB Taxi offers a loyalty program: when paying for trips with a card via the app, users receive 50% cashback in bonus points—virtual “watermelons.” Each point equals one sum and can be used to cover up to 99% of a trip’s cost.

“For WB Taxi drivers, there are transparent cooperation terms, reduced aggregator commissions, fast payouts, and the opportunity to earn guaranteed income per shift if service rules are followed. Drivers also have continuous support from the WB Taxi team,” said Timur Aliev, head of the service in Uzbekistan.

The company noted that the taxi market in the country is actively developing, and scaling WB Taxi in Tashkent is an important step in growing the service ecosystem. The primary goal remains providing riders with a new travel option and offering drivers fair, understandable working conditions. Efforts to improve user experience and expand the service’s coverage continue.
