Volume of deals with shares grow 2.6 times in 2013

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of deals with the shares, conducted at organized off-exchange securities market, made up 2.5 billion soums, the press service of the Center for coordination and development of securities market said.

The center said that the volume of deals with the shares increased 2.6 times year-on-year in 2012 and number of deals jumped by 60%. The significant growth was recorded in the third quarter of 2013.

The growth of the deals at the secondary exchange and off-exchange markets was also recorded in 2013, which is positive trend, the center noted. The growth rate made up 45% year-on-year in 2013.
