Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The SCO summit will be held in Samarkand in September, the Council of CIS Heads of States - in Nur-Sultan in October.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit and a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State in autumn. This was stated to journalists on Tuesday by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

 “A lot of events are planned for the fall. Here is the SCO summit in Samarkand in September, in addition to our Eastern Economic Forum. Then - the Council of CIS Heads of States in Nur-Sultan on 14 October,” he said.
