According to the decree of the President, Vladimir Norov was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
On 31 December 2021, Vladimir Norov was presented at the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the capacity of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Vladimir Norov has extensive experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2019-2021, he served as Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
