Virtual Cabinet of Prime Minister receives over 19,000 calls in 24 hours

Telephone number of Virtual Cabinet of Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyayev, 1000, received over 19,000 calls on 19 October 2016, the Facebook page of Mirziyayev said.
The statement said that number of calls to virtual cabinet of Prime Minister received 19,000 calls in just within 24 hours.
According to the statement, citizens call to Prime Minister’s virtual cabinet to submit their appeals and check the status.
The statement said that the virtual cabinet is working on increasing number of operators, especially in rush hours, but some people have to wait for response of the operators.
It added that the citizens can send their appeals or check status of the appeals via website http://pm.gov.uz/. The statement recommends to use telephone number 1000 if the users have no internet connection.
