Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On additional measures to develop the activities of the Sakhovat and Muruvvat boarding houses, as well as the Republican boarding house for war and labor veterans”.

President approved the decision to attach the boarding houses "Sakhovat" and "Muruvvat", as well as the Republican boarding house for veterans of war and labor to the State Customs Committee.

The Customs Committee assists in providing the elderly and persons with disabilities with prosthetic and orthopedic products, technical and hygienic means of rehabilitation.

In 2023–2024, full installation of CCTV cameras will be ensured on the territory of the Sakhovat and Muruvvat boarding houses.

From 1 October 2022, the teachers of the Sakhovat and Muruvvat boarding schools will be trained in advanced training courses at least once a year.

Until 1 June 2023, the necessary technological conditions will be created on the basis of the Sakhovat and Muruvvat boarding schools for the passage of modern habilitation and rehabilitation procedures for persons with mental and physical disabilities.

Every year, on the occasion of 1 June - International Children’s Day, sports competitions on a national scale will be organized among the pupils of Muruvvat orphanages.

In 2022, the Keksalar Bogi park will be organized on the territory of the Sakhovat boarding school the Namangan region, providing paid services during the day, in order to effectively organize the leisure of the elderly.
