Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A video message entitled “Have you sold us as slaves?”, published on social networks, these days became the subject of wide discussion. 

It was noted that our 41 compatriots were sent to work in the Russian Federation through the Andijan branch of the Agency for External Labor Migration. However, conditions were not sufficiently created there, and the promised salary was not paid.

This video message was overseen by the Senate Committee on Youth, Culture and Sports.

The Committee sent a request to the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a request for clarification on this fact.
