Uzvinosanoat-holding to place shares for 7.49bn soums

The center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 14,981,319 million ordinary shares with par value of 500 soums each. Total sum of the issue will make up 7.49 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed to the Government on closed subscription. Share of the government makes up 100% in Uzvinosanoat-holding.
