Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Uztekstilprom Association visited the Untex Rodniki textile complex in Ivanovo Region, Russia.

During the official visit to one of Russia’s leading textile enterprises, Uzbek representatives familiarized themselves with the modern production processes and technological capabilities of the facility. The discussions focused on the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia, particularly regarding the growth of mutual trade turnover in the textile sector.

The Uzbek side presented investment opportunities, including preferential tax regimes, special economic zones, and state support programs for foreign investors.

The visit marked an important step toward the implementation of new joint projects, underscoring the evolution of Uzbekistan-Russia textile sector cooperation to a new level.
